On Thursday 27 February Creative Scotland and Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, with With One Voice, will host a day of debate, workshops and practice sharing to create fertile ground for change through the arts.
Agenda
Our morning session is led by With One Voice who will lead skills building workshops in fundraising and evaluation.
9:30 - Doors open, with tea & coffee
10:00 - Welcome (Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Creative Scotland, With One Voice)
10:30 - Fundraising panel: Short presentations followed by panel Q&A
With Creative Scotland and the Scottish Graduate School of Arts and Humanities. More to be announced soon
11:35 - Practical Session: Evaluation and Fundraising – led by Matt Peacock MBE and Katie Bruce, Streetwise Opera
13:00 - Lunch (vegetarian)
The afternoon session will focus on the civic role of arts organisations with leading practitioner Nina Simon (Of / By / For All) and examples from arts organisations who are supporting change in local communities.

14:45 - Round table discussions – provocations posed by Nina Simon
15:30 - Discussion panel - Short presentations from leading practitioners working with communities in Scotland followed by panel discussion & Q&A
